My husband, Elliot is in rehabilitation. He will be moving to long term care soon.

 

We are all trying to make him feel as comfortable as we can in his new quarters.

 

We bring him his favorite drinks and snacks, but find that since he's confined to a bed, he can't always get his drinks and snacks when he requests them.

To make things easier on Elliot, I bought him a Titan by Artic Zone Deep Freeze Cooler.

​

This way, he could have his cooler right by his bed and have a cold Diet Coke anytime he pleased.

Boy, was I wrong!

One of the things that really attracted me about the Titan was that it was zipperless.

​

Elliot has been struggling with motor skills and I thought this lift top would be perfect.

​

NOPE.

​

They claim ice keeps 2 days.

​

IT DOES NOT.

​

We would fill it up with ice today and by tomorrow morning, everything would be floating in the water!

​

It was $50 ill-spent!
